By booking a taxi or using the website of Mahadev Travel Agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed only after our team verbally or in writing (call/WhatsApp/SMS) confirms vehicle availability and fare. Driver and vehicle details are shared before pickup time.
Fares quoted include the components clearly mentioned at the time of booking (base fare, toll, driver charges as applicable). Any extra kilometres, additional stops, night charges or state taxes beyond the agreed plan will be charged additionally and informed transparently. A token advance may be required to confirm bookings; balance is payable to the driver via cash or UPI.
Cancellations or changes should be informed as early as possible by call or WhatsApp. Cancellations made very close to pickup time, or after the vehicle has departed for pickup, may attract a reasonable cancellation charge.
Passengers must provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the agreed time. Smoking, consumption of alcohol and carrying illegal items in the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.
Standard luggage as per vehicle capacity is allowed. Please inform us in advance for extra luggage so the right vehicle can be assigned.
While we always strive for on-time service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Our liability is limited to providing the transportation service booked. Passengers are advised to take care of their personal belongings; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, though we will make every effort to help recover them.
Content on this website is for information about our services. Submitting false or prank booking enquiries is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse.
